Allied Health Wing CTE Addition & Remodel
Eastern Iowa Community Colleges - Scott Community College - Belmont Campus
Eastern Iowa Community Colleges (EICC) is accepting bids for its 2022 Scott Community College – Belmont Campus (500 Belmont Road, Riverdale, Iowa), Allied Health Wing CTE Addition & Remodel.
This project is to construct a new approximately 4,000 sf Addition & a 22,000 sf Remodel of the existing mid-level wing into space for Allied Health Nursing & Dental Programs
Scott Community College – Belmont Campus – Allied Health Wing CTE Addition & Remodel
The project includes all Demolition, General Construction, Mechanical, Electrical Plumbing, and Technology for the addition and remodel in one bid package. Estes Construction is the Construction Manager as Agent.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 4, 2022, at Eastern Iowa Community
Colleges-Urban Campus - Information/Reception Desk, Attention: Janet Foutch, 101 West 3rd Street, Davenport, Iowa 52801. Bids will be opened and publicly read at that time.
A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, Room 161 at Scott Community College – Belmont Campus. Plans and specifications may be obtained from the Master Builders of Iowa online plan room website located atmbionline.comor from CityBlue Technologies, 4653 44th Street, Rock Island, IL 61201, Phone: (309) 277-3000; and are also available on-line.
